Today in computing Year 6 created their very own musical sequences using Scratch. The children had a great time programming their piano keys to play different notes and then playing well known songs like Twinkle Twinkle.

Science Week: Live Lesson
Today we were going to take part in the Science Week Live Lesson.
Now, you might want to take part in it at home!
Creating Surveys and analysing the responses.
In computing this week the children have responded to the surveys that their peers created before half term. They then collected their responses and had a go at creating charts to display these results using Microsoft Excel.
World Book Week Dress Up
On Friday we dressed up as a book character or a word. From Alice in Wonderland to Charlie and The Chocolate Factory, here are some of the outfits that were worn in Year 6. I particularly liked the ‘Holes’ themed costumes as we have read that book as part of our writing lessons
World Book Week
During World Book Week we spent an ERIC session sharing our favourite books. It was really interesting to hear what everybody liked and would recommend.
