Year 6’s Gardening Club is well established now and more children have joined since it started in January. We have weeded last Year 6’s beautiful planted area and planted daffodils (that are already starting to grow!)
Our latest project was to cover the fruit tree beds in material to stop the weeds growing and to spread bark on all the beds. We’re very pleased to say that to date we have completed 4 out of 6 beds and are hoping to finish the the remaining two next week. We love our Gardeing club and have a lot of fun in our waterproofs and wellies. (I think the hot chocolate and marshmallows is our favourite bit!).
